Mississippi Mud Cheesecake
Cup 1 stick unsalted butter melted.
Mississippi mud cheesecake. 2 cups graham cracker crumbs about 16 full graham cracker sheets cup finely chopped pecans. Graham cracker and pecan cookie crust. 12 cup semisweet chocolate chips 2 tablespoons milk 12 cup marshmallow creme 14 cup chopped pecans add all ingredients to list.
In a large bowl combine graham cracker crumbs pecans and sugar for crust. Open oven door at least 4 inches. 2 large egg whites lightly beaten.
Package crushed about 123 cups 13 cup finely chopped pecans 2 tablespoons sugar 6 tablespoons butter melted 4 8 oz packages cream cheese softened 1 14 cups sugar 2 tablespoons all purpose flour 1 teaspoon. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes or until edge of cheesecake is set at least 2 inches from edge of pan but center of cheesecake still jiggles slightly when moved. Add melted butter stirring to combine.
Gently add beaten egg whites. Preheat oven to 3500. Let cheesecake remain in oven 30 minutes.
3 tablespoons granulated sugar.
